Flow:
Flow is a Hatha based class. Perfect
for beginners and intermediate
students. A practice building
class, where one will learn basic
“pranayama” (breathing
exercise) and “asanes”
(postures) incorporating breath
and movement; will help students
deal with the challenge of holding
postures longer as their practice
improves.
Yin: A class
based on Paul Grilley’s
series of postures; Yin is a
form of yoga that is performed
mostly on the floor, using gravity
to pull us more intensively
in the posture, therefore creating
a greater and safer stretch.
Each posture is held for 5 minutes,
providing a better opening of
the hips, knees, lower back
and ankles. Incorporating Yin
in any exercise protocol will
help the body heal itself from
the traumas of everyday work.
