  Pilates is an innovative, full body – conditioning program designed to stabilize and strengthen the core muscle groups as it lengthens the body. Pilates focuses heavily on strengthening the back and abdominal muscles and improving flexibility, joint mobility and strength while toning the legs, hips, buttocks and abdomen. Most of the work is done on the mat on the floor.
