  The Reformer is the main piece of Pilates equipment used in most studios. Pilates works on balancing the body; building strength where you are weak, flexibility where you are tight and stability of your core. Pilates will significantly improve posture, balance, stamina, coordination, strength and flexibility. Best of all, it is very easy on the joints. The spring based resistance of the reformer helps create muscular strength and tone, while focusing on increasing flexibility and range of motion. Classes have a maximum of 4 people.
