Cardio Dance
Always wanted to learn how to dance like a Pussy Cat Doll?
This is the class for you! No dance experience needed! Become one with the
music while you shed off the pounds. This class is a blend of all dance styles
that include Swing, Hip-Hop, Latin, Jazz, Contemporary and Broadway…just to name a few.
You will burn calories and have a blast doing so! Come prepared to sweat buckets!
(Dance footwear recommended) Levels I, II and III
Floor Barre
This is not your typical Floor Barre class. Get ready to reduce body fat, improve your posture,
tone muscles you didn’t even know you had and while doing so all at “The Barre”. When you work
at the barre you will have a greater awareness of center and balance that allows you to concentrate
on those hard to tone muscles. So whether you are looking to try something new to replace that hunk
of junk stair master, try this unique combination of barre work and light weights. This sculpting
class leaves out all the usual suspects. There is no jumping, lunging, running like a gerbil.
Just exercises at the barre to lengthen and strengthen!
Power Sculpt
A low impact class and strength-training workout that improves muscle tone, posture,
balance, coordination, and strength. Power Sculpt is designed to shape and tone the body
without building muscular size or bulk. This class will help retain lean muscle tissue
while boosting metabolism. Power Sculpt is for anyone of all fitness levels.
The exercises are easy-to-learn and provide you with a combined workout of flexibility
and cardiovascular conditioning. You will burn more calories than with "cardio only"
workouts and have fun doing it.
Zumba®
Zumba® is designed for everyone of all ages, body shapes and fitness levels.
Zumba® fuses Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves that will blow you away.
The routines are explosive and made to tone, sculpt and melt away fat.
