PROUDLY INTRODUCING DANCE DYNAMICS

were afraid for lack of experience?

Not at Fitness Dynamics...No Dance Experience Necessary!

Come and meet our teachers, they have more than 10 years experience in all types of dancing; Ballet, Modern (Horton and Simonson Method) Broadway, & Tap.


Description of Classes at Dance Dynamics:

Jazz 101 - New Class
Tuesday 7:30- 8:45 p.m.
Fun and sassy class for adults. Basic Jazz warm-up and stretch followed by "walking" segment. Dance techniques, movement with control and grace in your favorite high heel shoes, then changing to dance footwear. Challenging and promises to be fun.

Cardio Dance:
A series of choreographies using a determined playlist that changes monthly, used by every instructor. Many styles to suit anyone. Swing, Hip-Hop, Latin, Jazz, Contemporary, Broadway. This class is multi-level. Dance footwear recommended.

Body Shaping:
Combination of exercises, always different. Target training of different muscle groups, using light weights, resistance balls, steps, medicine balls. All exercises uses Pilates Principles as guideline.

Ballet Barre:
A traditional ballet barre class: port-de-bras, tendus, rond-de-jambe, plies, all done with grace and elegance.

Latin Mix:
Salsa, Samba, Chacha..you name it, we teach it! This is a fast paced class. Dance footwear recommended.

GyrokinesisŪ:
Often referred to as "Yoga for dancers," GyrokinesisŪ is the floor version of the Gyrotonic Expansion SystemŪ, which finds its roots in Yoga Pilates, Tai Chi and Swimming. This class consists of a series of movements performed on a short stool. Barefoot class.

Goddess Workout:
Belly Dancing Class

Ball Dancing: Mat, Ball and Weights used during class.

Bootcamp: Cardio, Skipping Rope, Weights, Kickboxing and Intervals.
